A gathering, not an appointment
Come as you are.
There’s no right way to join.
Breathe Better Social Hour is a free monthly peer-support space for people living with a chronic lung condition. It is an initiative of The Rehab Portal.
A respiratory therapist (RT) moderates the conversation and helps make room for everyone. You can listen, talk, ask a general question, or simply be there. There’s no pressure to share personal details.
Connect with others navigating the everyday realities of lung health.
An RT moderator helps keep the space welcoming and respectful.
We meet on Zoom. Your confirmation email includes the joining link and session details.
